Othalon presents public device-source evidence and proprietary deterministic decision-support analysis. A verified Free account adds saved devices, history, comparisons and repair checks under published limits. By creating an account you agree to these Terms; the Privacy Policy informs data processing and is not a blanket consent.
Accounts and acceptable use
Provide an email you control, protect credentials and do not attempt unauthorized access, automated abuse, interference with other users or extraction beyond the public service. Othalon may restrict abusive use with proportionate notice when feasible. Account owners can export or delete their data; administrators cannot be deleted from the self-service screen.
Free and future Pro
Free is €0. Prepared Pro products are one-time packs of 1 evaluation (€2.99), 5 (€4.99) or 10 (€9.99), plus Unlimited Monthly (€14.99) and Unlimited Annual (€99.90). They are not yet purchasable. Pack credits are intended to remain until used; one credit is consumed only after a new complete report is generated successfully. Reopening or printing a saved report does not consume credit. Unlimited avoids credit consumption while active, subject to reasonable anti-abuse protection. Selecting an option does not charge you or activate access. Taxes, refunds, renewal, cancellation and consumer pre-contract information will be finalized before checkout is activated.
Data, method and intellectual property
Product identifiers and official source fields retain their stated provenance. Othalon’s interface, explanatory text, method and calculated output are distinct from source datasets. Source rights and terms remain with their owners. You may use the service for personal decisions but may not misrepresent its outputs as official certification.
Decision support and consumer rights
Scores and Repair or Replace are informational, not diagnosis, repair quotes or guarantees. User-entered costs are not independently verified. Availability, source data and methods may change, with material changes communicated reasonably. Nothing here excludes mandatory EU consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Consult the separate Disclaimer and Methodology before safety-critical decisions.
